Upstairs, there is a primary King bedroom/ensuite with 50″ smart TV and a large closet holding a crib. Two additional Queen bedrooms share a separate full bath. Laundry is also upstairs by the bedrooms.

The garage houses a NordicTrack treadmill available for use. Walk to nearby pickle-ball courts or take advantage of the Jordan River Trail, a 45 mile trail from the Great Salt Lake to Utah Lake.
